This year I decided to start with Nature Walks for my peace of mind. It’s part of my New Year Resolution. And guess what? It walks!!

I notice the intricate patterns on leaves and the vibrant colours of flowers. This helps me appreciate life’s small joys. These moments of reflection and stillness offer a much-needed break from mental clutter. They help me process emotions. They also clear my mind.

Overall, nature walks have brought a sense of balance and calm to my life, significantly improving my mood and well-being. They serve as a reminder of the importance of taking time to care for my mental health.

Simple pan-tossed salad

This one is for our dear readers….A simple yet effective healthy pan-tossed salad for a filling veggie breakfast.

My most fav to have on my veg days 💓

Key – Colourful for variety of nutrients

Onion, tomato, cabbage, green, yellow and red capsicum, mushroom, broccoli, lettuce – in short whatever is available from these. Adding boiled sweet corn or baby corn tastes great too!

Pan tossed on few drops of olive oil with some salt and pepper. Within 5 – 10 mins my salad is ready…..
