Simple pan-tossed salad

This one is for our dear readers….A simple yet effective healthy pan-tossed salad for a filling veggie breakfast.

My most fav to have on my veg days đź’“

Key – Colourful for variety of nutrients

Onion, tomato, cabbage, green, yellow and red capsicum, mushroom, broccoli, lettuce – in short whatever is available from these. Adding boiled sweet corn or baby corn tastes great too!

Pan tossed on few drops of olive oil with some salt and pepper. Within 5 – 10 mins my salad is ready…..
